City & Guilds continues to focus on delivering the greatest possible impact on society, and their latest Annual Impact Report makes an interesting read. As we know – skills change lives.
Their new Annual Impact Report gives an overview of how they operate in a sustainable and socially conscious way, and the difference they are making to over 3.5 million people who benefit from C&G qualifications and funding, and to the the organisations they work with.

Since 2017, they have supported close to 14,000 people through the Foundation, and this year alone have awarded funding to 165 individuals through their bursary programme, and over 240 refugees. Of the refugees they have supported, over half of them are in employment, education or training – which has far exceeded expectations, and shows that when you support people with vital employability and skills-development interventions, it really does benefit us all.
London’s Livery Companies have a long held-association with City & Guilds,
dating back to 1878, when the City of London Corporation and 16 Livery Companies established The City and Guilds of London Institute.
