Successful completion of the programme will complement your existing practical skills and qualifications by achieving the internationally and industry recognised Level 4 Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship – with Kitchen Management specialism.
Over a 18-month period, you will expand your knowledge of managing different kitchen operations, you will experience a variety of learning methods, including facilitated group workshops, learning sets with your colleagues, back to work activities, private study, project work, networking and guest speakers who are experienced professionals in their field.
