ICCAS - International Conference on Culinary Arts and Sciences

Introducing ICCAS

The Worshipful Company of Cooks of London founded the International Conference on Culinary Arts and Sciences (ICCAS) in 1993, as a forum for culinary artists and scientists from academia and industry to present their work and share ideas. The first ICCAS conference was held at Bournemouth University, UK in 1996. It is held every other year in different locations around the world.

It is the only international conference that brings together foodservice and food industry professionals with scientists from multiple academic perspectives. Uniquely it involves local, national and international researchers as well as many other professionals in the food system, retail and industry, culinary and consumer sciences.
